Being very familiar with Fixer Upper and growing up watching shows like Trading Spaces, the chance to work on an HGTV themed game was a fun new challenge for myself and the team. The game was unlike anything we had worked on before, so developing an effective workflow for a game so full of customizable choices proved difficult, but like any of designers on HGTV, we somehow find a way to bring it all together and on budget.

Daily responsibilities included:
Leading brainstorms, conceptualizing, creating videos and providing direction, feedback and approvals and working cross functionally with other departments.
