When I got into performance and theatre, I didn't go into it thinking my video skills would be of use, but as I worked for more theatre companies and nonprofits, I found myself offering my services for their various needs. It's some of the most rewarding work I've done, from hearing teachers talk about how drama has improved their students lives, to prisoners in San Quentin, revealing how performance has helped them feel free behind bars. I've seen and had the privilege to capture some truly moving stuff that still inspires me to this day.

Working within the arts and other nonprofit organizations is something I'm truly passionate about, as I find this is the kind of work that truly heals people and ignites imagination.
